Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
Financial Transaction Terms
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at tk191 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other commercial banks). Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
Any deposit method used must be registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted and will be considered a breach of these Terms.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing may take longer if verification is required. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on tk191 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). There is no option to transact in any other currency.
3.4 Suspicious Transactions
tk191 reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, place a hold on any suspicious, unusual, or potentially fraudulent transactions. tk191 has a zero-tolerance policy against money laundering and other illegal activities.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳8,000 or more, a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, bringing the total to ৳13,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If anyone attempts to abuse the bonus system through multiple accounts, artificial wagering, or any other means, tk191 may cancel that account's bonuses and permanently close the associated account.
4.4 Other Promotions
tk191 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be published on the tk191 platform. Those specific terms will apply alongside these general Terms.

6.1 Cashback Rates

6.2 Tier Upgrades

6.3 Using Cashback

- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Any attempt to compromise the platform's security systems
7.2 Consequences
Participation in any of the prohibited activities listed above gives tk191 the right to immediately close the account, confiscate the balance, and take applicable legal action.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
